Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

By accessing or using our crypto wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not use the services.

1. Non-custodial Wallet

Your recovery phrase and private keys remain on your device and are never sent to us. You have sole responsibility for storing, outside of the Services, a backup of any wallet, private key, or recovery phrase. If you lose your recovery phrase, you will permanently lose access to your funds, and we have no ability to recover or reset it.

2. Assumption of Risk

You accept and acknowledge the risks associated with utilizing blockchain technology, including, but not limited to, the risk of hardware, software and internet connections, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within your wallet.

3. Sending Tokens

The wallet lets you send tokens you control to another address. Every transfer is signed on your device and broadcast to a public blockchain; once confirmed it is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded by us or anyone else. You are solely responsible for checking the recipient's address, the network and the amount before you confirm. Tokens sent to a wrong address or an incompatible network may be lost permanently. Network (gas) fees are paid to the blockchain network, not to us, and may be charged even if a transaction fails. The Sepolia test network is provided for testing only; test tokens have no monetary value.

4. Tax and Legal Information

Any tax reports, calculations (such as FIFO, LIFO, HIFO), and estimated liabilities provided by the wallet are for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult your own tax advisors before making any decisions based on the generated reports.

5. Third-Party Services and Market Data

The wallet relies on external blockchains and third-party APIs and RPC nodes — for example CoinGecko — to read balances and token prices shown on the Portfolio and Markets screens. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not control these services and are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or losses arising from their use; your use of them may also be subject to their own terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are not located in, a resident of, or acting on behalf of any country or person subject to comprehensive sanctions or applicable restricted-party lists. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including export-control, sanctions, and tax laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from or related to your use of the wallet. As the wallet is non-custodial and provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the fullest extent applicable law allows.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the provider's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if it remains unresolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless binding arbitration is required by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted, as shown by the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the wallet after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
